Icy Princess

Good day everyone! I did a new design today on my nails. I used a sponge to create the effect on the tips. The combination of the pastel blue and shimmery white creates a result that reminds me of Ice Princess. ;)

PS. I won't be updating so often due to my exams which is approaching soon.. *gasp* so sorry for the late posts and infrequent updates. I'll update more when it's over. Can't wait for my Korea trip after exams too! I'll be able to get many more polishes (Etude House, TFS, Skinfood) from there at a cheaper price as compared to Sg!!

Good day everyone! I'm really excited to show you my new konad design that i have on my hands now...it's so pretty. :) Doesn't it remind you of cherry blossoms? hehe. Anway, the colour that i used for this nail design is this pink by Etude House. There's actually a hint of shimmer in it. My brother bought the 4 cuteee nail polishes by etude for me. :D Here's the pic plus the OPI topcoat. OPI topcoat works so much better than the Sally Hensen's Diamond strength top and base coat that i bought sometime ago.



I tried to subsitute the Konad white special polish with Canmake polish...amazingly it works quite well.

HoHoHo..the pretty looking etude nail polishes...

For those who are interested in which Konad image plate i used...it's m2. I used 2 of the designs in it.

Manicure at JB

Hi everyone!! I juz went to JB(Johor Bahru) not long ago and i had my nails done over there! The plus side of going over to JB is the cheap, nice food and cheap nail services. haha.

Alrights... here's the pic of my manicure. ;)

This picture is taken under natural sunlight yeah. It's actually a very light purple...more of a lavender. My camera couldn't capture the right colour exactly. In the picture it looks like grey but in reality it is more like purple! A very sweet colour i would say...if i'm not mistaken, i think it's from china glaze Up & Away collection. I just chose this colour as purple is my favourite colour!!! At first, i was contemplating between a brown, green or purple. haha. Didn't regret my choice! ;p

Orly Cashmere Cardigan

Hello readers! So sorry for the extremely late update!
The amount of work waiting for me is never ending!! Terrible.

Anyway back to serious business... ;)

Remember i mentioned about getting my Orly Cashmere Cardigan? Well... i have received it
already and tried it on my nails. I'm satisfied with my purchase! :D It looks really brilliant with
the bluish-purplish tinge in it. I was expecting it to be more purple but in reality e mix of blue
makes the result much better. As for the application, it is quite smooth. Painted 2 coats in total
to cover the streakiness.

PS. This colour will get everyone talking about your nails. *winks*

Thoughts

Good day everyone!!

Here's a picture of my peeled nail...:( I have been facing this problem for quite some time and it bugs me so much. I will always have the tendency to fiddle with it which makes it even worse. I feel that sometimes it's better to leave our nails bare for probably around 1 week to let them 'breathe'. Do you have the tendency to adopt the same practice too?






Moving on, I recently bought Sally Hansen's Diamond Strength Base & Top Coat. It claims to make nails harder and stronger plus it can give a high-gloss shiny manicure. I have yet to open and tried it so reviews won't be up so soon. It will probably be in the next update! Here are some pictures of it...

Happy New Year!

Good day everyone! To start off the new year...I'm going to break a good news and that is....I'VE RECEIVED MY KONAD NAIL KIT C. YAY! The Konad kit comes with 3 bottles of 5ml Konad Special Polish in Red, White and Blue and 2 image plates M2 and M3. In addition, I've also ordered an additional image plate M44. Right now, I can't wait to receive my Orly Cashmere Cardigan nail polish!! I hope it will reach in time before Chinese New Year!
